Currently Listening
On And On
By Jack Johnson

Past times

The key to your memories is your music. I went through a peace of time in my life where I bought and listened to a only couple albums for about a year total. That was a few years ago. I came across across those albums the other day and I listened to both of them. I think everything that happened in that year came back like a freight train through my head. Small details of things that happened that I haven't thought of in years. My brain some how connected the two together.... forever bonded.

Alright, that's my spill.

It is unhealthy to submerge yourself in a thought... or a feeling, or one place, and nothing else. You need to wander. not wonder, wander. Wander in a way the river passes over the rocks. Wander in the way your eyes move as if they were seeing the Grand Canyon for the first time. I doubt you would stare at one rock. I'm sure you would try and cover the whole canyon trying hard not to miss a single detail. Get a taste of every part, every single part of what life has to offer. Wander. Sounds like a dream. You can settle when your old. If it's not working for you have the courage to drop it, and if it works, well, then take it with you. I guess what i'm trying to say is... Don't get stuck. Don't settle. Don't quit. Don't stop. Keep striving. Keep wandering. Get on your proverbial Zephyr and fly on. I don't know that you need a certain destination. I think you may find in on the way. Wander... Without Bound.

I've probably just sent you on the loneliest trip of your lifetime....And It may never get better from the looks of it.... Don't listen to me it may not be for everyone.

I watched "Rabbit Proof Fence".  Beautiful Cinematography. It captures the the country in a very surreal and eery way. Or maybe that's just Australia. I'll have to wander that way some day. PLUS! it's A great story about three of the bravest young girls, who fight for their family and their lives. Prey to the predators who ignorantly want to destroy them and the culture of the Aborigines.
I don't know why we see this, but we do, time and time again. As a young kid I was always extremely interested in other cultures, and I still am. I guess i'll never know why people are so afraid of what they don't know. Why not just get to know it? Why is it so important to keep yourself in a world that isn't real? anyways... Go watch it. I can't do this movie justice with words. You have to experience it for yourself. Get lost in the story.

Cheers everyone. I'm about to drink a cold one and sleep. Late.
